Counselling & Psychotherapy

My Approach
I use a relational approach to counselling, basing my practice on the belief that it is through healthy relationships and connection with others that we gain the ability to heal and grow.
I provide a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship, allowing you to explore your feelings at your own pace, and without judgement. Together we can work towards finding the best way forward for you, and empower you to create positive and long lasting psychological changes.
I trained as an integrative counselling practitioner, which means I am able to draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, and tailor therapy to best suit each client's individual situation and needs. I integrate a number of modalities into my practice including person centred, humanistic, existentialist, and psychodynamic approaches, as well as elements of behavioural therapies.
I offer both short term, solution focused therapy allowing you to deal with a specific life crisis or decision, and longer term therapy that allows you to explore issues in more detail, including how past events could be impacting you in the present.
